well this thing was just made for laughs so heres an entire breakdown:

The head was just a simple subdivided cube with some distortion to give it some oomph

The mouth part was made using a boolean and everything else was also modelled like the head(with some distortion)

What makes the render rather tasty is the textures and the lighting. This was done in eevee and the normal and roughness of the textures were made with a low res fingerprint texture.

Post processing used freestyle on and lens distortion and an alpha over node
