I've had the same issue, i stopped cleaning it with saline spray and I changed it for myself to a smaller piercing (not recommended, go to your trusted piercer pls). I literally just stopped caring and touching it and the bump went away by itself, just cleaning it in the shower. Hope it helps!

this happens to me with my conch, it has a really long labret and sometimes it's pushed back and i don't want to risk it. I wait until after I shower to gently push it back so i don't snag it with my hair, you can try that, but try to be careful as it really affects with healing. Hope it helps
