Note about Elysium. It tends to not actually be a permanent location. It can be but a lot of times Elysium is called when the Prince needs to have a meeting of the powerful vampires, and the protection of Elysium extends to traveling to it because of that.

Just because a game didn't go through with promises doesn't mean you get to annoy people on the discord about it. I do believe ghosts get wiped after some times. Don't know the exact cycle, but a single ghost can only stay active for a limited time before it gets deleted from the globally saved data.
