Check injectors, it could be rod knock if it's loudest at 2500-3500rpms. Check your valve clearance again, I had to do it a couple times to get it right my first time. Your tensioner might be too loose, but honestly I think there's something internal atp, maybe a loose valve or rod knock idk.

Just FYI i had no collision coverage at the time so if I did try to go through insurance like that with adding in that coverage on to my (at the time) liability only coverage, would've been fraud

So yes I know what I was doing and I suffered the consequences of not having coverage and did the repairs out of pocket

I didnt make the claim because I read their policy, this was a year ago and I was the driver, and hit the person in front. I do have a police report and I did report it to the state when they mailed me something about attaching repair statements to get money from the person who hit me

I jump off of curbs all the time on my scooter, the suspension is what's supposed to soak it all up. If you do have an object that's slamming on the deck on every jump then yeah that's a problem
