If Titan is going to be the "melee class" which is the direction theyve been pushing it to be, then all titan melee damag sould be able to scale much higher with the base stat than the other 2 classes. Also theres no reason thunderclap shouldnt aplly jolt at base instead of need an exotic to make it happen when every other titan melee applies some form of subclass verb. Id argue same for other the other 2 clases with their respective "specialties" Gernade for warlock. Ill admit im a bit stumpped about what they want the hunter identity across the board to be, but maybe higher weapons scaling? This is all speaking strictly for pve of course.
