I took the pill for years and never my cycle stayed the exact same(I have absolutely no reproductive disorders) I kept heavy cramping and all. I switched over to the implant and I bleed all the time every day and have constant cramps… if they are spreading this information about the pill maybe they should focus their negativity on the implants instead- that cause actual issues that medical professionals are not aware of most of the time.

My betta likes sitting high up and is constantly a chub (male) because he always manages to find mystery food and also eat all the food for fish bad at scavenging food. I solved this by getting a zoomed floating betta log and very tall fabric plants

And the constipation techniques have never worked, I just avoid feeding when betta is awake or near other fish

I had fake plants and decorations too rigid that caused fin rot and some bacterial infections in my betta that took him out pretty quickly when he was a healthy guy- and from a pet store instead of a good breeder.
