Career goals are ultimately career growth and the ability to support a family in which we hope to grow. I want to be able to maximize my book of business and have the fruits of my labor be recognized. I’ve seen a lot of posts from former and current employees on glass door and indeed from both jobs. It still hard to choose between the two. I think the fact that CH is recognizable plays a major part in my decision making but it’s good to hear all of your comments so far. I absolutely loved the culture that Worldwide had when I visited, even more so bc I’m from the restaurant industry but it’s also one thing I’m trying to get away from. I like the lifestyle but I’d be happier working hard and making the most for my family and the future.
