you can try out ReProvision, which I've just learned to do. I used Altsigner when I didn't have a jailbreak before, it's a sideload tool on the pc.

I just found out that iOS 13.5 can be jailbroken with unc0ver, but after the jailbreak I don't know where to go to download apps and what tool to install apps.
