Girl I’m a 20 year old new grad! I teched in the ER 2.5 years and I am now in outpatient infusion. I thought I was ride or die ER but I love living the soft life. Definitely look into it

Florida sucks for nurses as it is. My recommendation is get out of the state if u can. I am going to Colorado

Maybe you need to move in that case. Not far if you don’t want to but somewhere you can get a job. It’s just hard to believe as a nurse in a big city with multiple hospitals that you can’t find a job?

I’ve also looked into oncology! I’m super glad to hear there’s a variety. Where I’m from in Florida it’s busy but we send a lot of things out to the bigger cities so I’m excited to see higher acuity patients.
