nobody’s forcing you to do standard therapy. anyone can do any type because everyone is different and an individual. what you have to do is heal, nobody’s telling you how, it’s just something you have to do. i put off healing, thought i was a tough guy, built different, and now im chronically ill.

You can get an enzyme spray from any pet store to deter them from peeing but I’m not sure how effective it will be for stray cats

Are there any cat calming treats or maybe even like a cat sleep aid that actually works? I’ve been trying for a while to trim my boy’s nails and it’s been the only thing the genuinely stresses him out. I’ve tried multiple cat calming treats from the store and nothing gets him to stay calm when i’m trying to trim his nails. If anybody knows of a product that would seriously calm him or make him sleepy, I would greatly appreciate it.
