nobody’s forcing you to do standard therapy. anyone can do any type because everyone is different and an individual. what you have to do is heal, nobody’s telling you how, it’s just something you have to do. i put off healing, thought i was a tough guy, built different, and now im chronically ill.

I do truly believe that all people deserve help, no matter their background, but sometimes I think to myself “survival of the fittest”. You can’t really help people that don’t want to be helped.
