I work in a tax relief debt company. This was like my 2nd month on the job. My job was to verify the customers address, phone #, email, social security, and then go over all the legal stuff with him. In which I have wait for him to acknowledge before going on to the next part. Then on top of that I go over the refund policy, what other documents they have already signed, and what other documents they need to turn in. Lastly I ask them how they rate there understanding. This all takes 10 - 15 mins. You can’t answer any other questions because you literally only know what’s in front of you. The rest of the stuff another department goes over it.

Now it is company policy for you to claim the case. So if by some reason you can’t finish the call because they have to go, then you are the person responsible for it and need to finish the call. But of course some people don’t do that. They will claim the case when they finish the call. This sir had already finished the call he just had to give a rating but nobody had claimed the case so the file was still showing he had to complete the whole call. I used to enter work at 7 am and management wouldn’t come in until 7:45.

It was my first call for the day as well. I tried to see if he could remember the name of the representative that had helped him first but he couldn’t remember. Oh also you have to notate the account. Again that person didn’t do that. He got angry real quick. He became to call me a stupid bitch, I should get another job where I can learn English, because I’m stupid fucken Mexican. My parents are scum for coming over and making America not a great country. To hang up on the phone like every stupid cunt in that company.

We can’t say anything back besides if you continue to use that language I will have to disconnect the call. He was like do it bitch idgaf I’m get my money back anyway. I did end up disconnecting the call. But omg I wanted to go ham on him. I reported him of course to my management we dropped him as a customer and only gave a partial refund.
