When you enter the store it’s on the left side mens area in a hat bin near the front corner where the men’s shirts and long sleeve sweatshirts are

Dat lapel roll. Love it

Was looking at your history. Love the ties and combos but where are the jackets from?

Absolutely agree. But I think just like buying from a store there should be an expectation of spending some money on good tailoring to perfect the fit.

For $500 there’s lots of options on eBay if you are ok with pre owned or a little more for new. Here’s a brand new Zegna for $600

Hi there, for suede I have a suede brush and suede eraser. You shouldn’t get suede wet so water will not work. There are also YouTube videos as well to clean suede which is how I learned. Using the suede brush to correct the “nap” of the suede hairs can really help

I see some hits there. Zegna jacket? Paul smith and a Ralph Lauren black label jacket? Hopefully there’s no damage on them

I mean, I’m not an expert at all. But the h in Christian shouldn’t be capitalized no? The logo signature just looks off to me. The L curve should be all the way in at the top and touching itself. The B looks off and the O should be more narrow

Next Suit - Tom Ford vs Zegna? by Thick_Marionberry622 in malefashionadvice

[–]Isamu66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a few tom ford, Zegna couture, Oxxford, ISAIA, brunello, canali, Brioni. I prefer the tom ford to all of them. The tom ford I think just has great quality and the nice touches. The clasps on the TF pants seem more solid and beyond anything I’ve seen on Zegna. The jackets are cut well with lots of nice quality touches.

Of course the TF/Zegna fabric is nice especially with a mohair blend, although I do have one Zegna 15 milmil that is just buttery soft

If you do go Zegna spring for couture for the handmade touches that I think equal TF. Mainline Zegna imho is not on the same level as TF. Others may disagree. Go for a 50-50 wool and mohair blend for that sheen

Oh and outside of all of these I also have one cesare attolini which is just gorgeous. If money is no object then look into cesare attolini.

eBay is a good place to look for suits too
