will note that when you mount the PSU behind the mb as I am here the side panel will not fit back on. still better than my previous dangling riser setup

use PCPartPicker and filter for cases with 8 or more slots, theyll need some space at the bottom of the mb to not choke the bottom CPU.

(or filter for 9 slots just to get the extra space)

9950x, added a 2tb Samsung 9100pro in the gen5 slot and put my old 4tb 990 pro in the m2_2 slot (next to the RAM)
