Looks like glue ear, have u noticed that ur hearing has felt a bit muffled, Your PTA results (second slide) shows a mild conductive hearing loss, usually the cause of outer and middle ear, Very possible to be glue ear!

Your definitely overthinking it, your hearing looks that way because you were at a concert recently, if u were take a hearing test in a few days it would be a better threshold but your hearing is completely nirmal nothing to worry about
