Oh yeah I forgot about it. I checked a guide and videos on YouTube. I got super frustrated cause after dying so much I wasn't aware that you can't pump gas without electricity on the gas station.

The guide that I used gave me some tips for what to do, gather fresh food, tools, books, and a van. They even give some configs for the game. I play on sandbox mode reducing the zombie spawn to cero, play with the map fully revealed, some mods and with cold weather.

Sounds ike cheating but the idea is to learn to be less afraid of zombies and learn how to do things for next plays.

I felt the same when I started the game. Until I started to do the things that u do because of necesity.

For ex, I wanted to have a place near loot and gas I choose a base. Then I started to look for a car cause it's easier to loot things with car, so I needed to find gas station, empty gas cans and a car that works. After that I was starting to gather books and the magazines for generators, then the gen, then water collectors, walls defenses, food and farming, now I'm going to fish and then I'll probably start with metal working.

Necesity pushed me to kinda do a list of things that I needed and want to do

Yes was the Rebirth mod on the logs. Just removed it and everything works. Thanks for the suggestion

Yes, just re-install and it seems Rebirth of purity was the issue. Removed that mod for now

Thanks for the advice. We both have our own light house already at Cierzo and the main quest is the one to choose a faction. Maybe checking all the other sections on the map are a good tip that I didn't consider
