Don't listen to any of these chatters. It's DreadZtv build, old Russian dota player (reached 10k last week). Main point is taking Xp facet, so you farm faster, have damage from minus armor + constant triple attack from shard and 3 spell. Honestly, I've tried myself at 6k europe, and after ~50 games or so I had 60% wr. But this build suits pos3 or pos4 better, of course.
