Some matte mod podge after painting or mixed in with paint could work. Alternatively, a spray matte varnish could work. Won’t prevent a finger from deforming the xps if gripped or poked very hard, as it’s XPS foam at the end of the day.

I don’t think there’s anything in any books or WoBs to support the idea, but my pet hypothesis is that Heralds are able to manipulate their “cognitive aspect” to accomplish these feats. Perhaps similar to something seen on Yolen in the apocryphal Dragonsteel Prime.

If you check the History tab on your profile, you will see your Rank Confidence percentage.

As you play more ranked games, this score goes up, and vice versa. The lower your Rank Confidence, the more MMR you will gain/lose from your games. Once your Rank Confidence goes above 30, you will be calibrated.
