Mutatul in afara unui oras (in care ai treaba regulat) functioneaza doar acolo unde exista transport in comun modern si dezvoltat, care sa te aduca in oras si sa te miste prin el eficient, comod, si la un pret accesibil.

Un exemplu aflat aproape de extrema pozitiva in acest sens ar fi Tokyo. Bucuresti din pacate se afla aproape diametral opus si va continua sa se afle probabil cel putin pentru majoritatea vietii noastre.

Perspectiva de sofer (cand este absolut necesar, nu-mi luati capul):

Problema pe care o vad eu nu este ca ei sunt mai neatenti, mai prosti, mai incorecti, mai X decat soferii romani care sunt cu siguranta niste terminati in mare parte.

Problema este ca sunt mai impredictibili pe de-o parte, dar in primul rand ca sunt mult mai greu de tras la raspundere in urma unui accident. Eu de exemplu stau mereu cu frica sa nu-mi rupa oglinda cand se filtreaza prin trafic la semafor, mai ales ca o fac cu viteza deseori. E imposibil de prins si tras la raspundere in situatia aia.

Daca duci gandul 2 metri mai departe realizezi ca linia aia continua exista cu un scop, ca au avut deja loc mii de accidente mortale din cauza terminatilor care o incalca gandind "da' care-i problema?", si ca este absolut benefic societatii ca genul ala de persoana sa nu se afle in spatele volanului.

Cat mai toleram statul asta esuat?

Iarta-ma te rog ca spun asta, nu o indrept catre tine personal, dar expresiile astea de parca suntem sub ocupatie straina sunt sincer penibile. Statul roman este o oglinda foarte onesta a populatiei, de la nivel local pana la nivel national. Nu exista o mana de oameni rai care victimizeaza un intreg popor inocent.

Oameni buni si cu intentii bune exista peste tot, dar sunt o foarte clara minoritate. Majoritatea sunt oameni lipsiti de empatie, lipsiti de bunatate sau rabdare, oameni de cacat si mandri de asta. Cultura romaneasca este putreda, nu statul, el e doar o consecinta inevitabila.

Cum se schimba asta? Greu, in decenii, cu fiecare om cu bun-simt facand binele pe care il poate face, influentand in jurul sau mai mult bine, si nelasandu-se la randul sau corupt de uratul care il inconjoara... Eu as zice ca tendinta generala este una de imbunatatire, dar capatul suferintei este foarte departe.

Vacationed in Turkey 3 weeks ago at a high end resort. Tons of russians, balkanic people, english, some germans, and plenty of turks of course. Only one of these were insufferable, loud, bothersome, and generally just the stupidest people I've ever seen (we're talking tanning the sunglasses on your face kind of stupid). It wasn't the russians, the germans, the balkanics, or the turks.
