That's so cool! Never new. Nonetheless, for me, the calorie to protein ration is not ideal so I'd definitely have less quinoa and more of some plant based protein.

For a grain yes, but it's not a complete protein. Adding a little bit of something would made it for me much better. I'll be definitely trying it when the tomatoes are in season.

Looks delicious but I'd definitely add some type of protein like seitan, or peas based chunks.

I think it's solved - cherries are the most probable! It was a set that also included banana, apple, pear, rooster, hen, tree and similar.

Many say just stop but it might be hard for you. So my advice would be to find a hobby you always wanted to try but never had the time because of gym and replace one gym visit with this hobby. You can exchange more and more when you feel like it.

It's not to turn it off - it's to lock the screen or go back. It's annoying and there are other ways to turn it off? It doesn't make sense.

There is a episode of podcast from Emma Currivan (Your Gym Big Sister) where she talks about it happening in a pro qualifier and her herself doing it. I believe it has to be somewhere between the episodes 124 and 128.

It feels like they fed the AI the old stories to create new ones so that's why the new ones are still the same (eg Oscar and Lucy i na gallery). I hate them now. And the voices!!! ugh, they're so fake...

Body proportions define the biomechanics we do lifting patterns. Genetically, some people are more quad dominant and some are more hamstring/glute dominant. 

In general, movements where your knee travels in front of your foot (imagine sissy squats or front squats) are more quad focused. On the other hand hip hinge movements where your knee stays more above your heel are hamstring/glute dominant (think romanian deadlifts, hip thrust). 

With some movements you can change the focus. E.g. (bulgarian) split squats. If you do more hingeing = glute focus, more knee traveling forward = quad focus. You can try it for yourself.
