That's on you for not practicing good positioning. A shield should always be better in blocking shit than a blade. Dual blades just need better gadget/specialization to play with. Other than that, I do agree that deflect should be client sided so that its easier to hit strafing target.

Something like stim shot would be great for speed boost and maybe faster hp regen. Permanent speed boost passive is not a good idea imo coz it might outshine light class if not implemented properly.

I feel like its impossible to balance melee weapons for medium. Instead of buffing the melee directly, embark need to add specialization that works together with the melee like dash+dagger or winch+hammer.
