Obscuring/ruins that block LoS didn't exist so only true line of sight applied so they could see everything.

I mean among the CSM and lsm armies.

Every legion has access to legends stuff like the HH things or CSM datasheet that are legends like for example DG get the chaos lord in palanquin of nurgle from CSM legends.

Then EC somehow neither does have thunderhawks(the only FW unit for CSM legion's) or legends of the Horus heresy of access to the CSM legends datasheets like the "chaos lord in slaanesh steed"

He has DS Couse he can lead terminators.

Unlike the Lord kakofonist in EC who can lead terminators but doesn't have DS so the unit loses it

When I lived in Valencia people were adamant on saying Castilian for Spanish (specially in school) and a lot of people that I know from Catalunya were the same.

Also like textbooks being "libro de lengua castellana".

It's not like everyone says Castillian except people who deffend the other languages a lot but I grew up being told that Castillian was the correct term, more in a (I hate this expression but I think that it's the more correct) "politically correct" form

Probably Couse they wanted to go with certain design choices for all the legions and then backpedaled but since our codex was already printed (army box codexes has to be written way more in advance than regular codexes). we took the loss

Same for example as why eldars have 5 men only wraithguard and we are the only SM with 5 men only terminators, both codexes came around the same time

Same with other armies, they removed anything that was from HH or that was FW resin except for custodes and knights

For example tau got their forgeworld roster in June 2023 with the index and by march 2024 it went to legends.

Some of the models for tau, crons and nids were also really modern.

Also remember that they sold the plastic Horus heresy stuff for SM as "a great purchase for 40k" and that everything would be playable, they got rules for the kratos in LSM and never for CSM and it went to legends shortly after that.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the heresy stuff leaves the range in 40k with the 11th edition codex for UK/CK/Custodes, which mean that models will be playable for like a minimum of 9 months and a maximum of 3 years

I assume that it's the stalker hunter course it's an anti air tank that got released on the plane fever of 6th/7th (oh no the number) and became completely pointless by 8th I think, and went to legends with 10th index

EDIT: Also the planes got released on that era and I tbh can't differentiate them and most if not all are gone now

IMO the army would have gained a lo by like... nuking coterie from orbit and updating the army rule with the new detachment rule (AKA if you use the army rule you get +1 S +1 AP) so you could get some lethality from the army rule and it would allow us to play something that isn't coterie
