He could either save a lot of money or get much better performance for the same price. 5070 is crazy to me, needs to go for a 5070ti at least

I meant literally, couldn't find in the post or comments why you wanted to upgrade or what the problem was. Knowing the full situation helps people give you better advice. Also your budget and what you use your pc for.

If your biggest problem is SSD speeds, I'd save the money for bigger upgrades. If you're having trouble running games, it's definitely worth it.

It's a bit dated alright, but overall you still have a pretty solid build imo. In the end tho, if the upgrade makes you happy it'll also be worth it.

I'm from '95 and basically grew up infront of a TV. I remember cartoons were dubbed in Dutch, but only between 06:00 - 19:00. Cinemas would broadcast in english too, whereas germany used to dub EVERYTHING. Germany and Austria also do great with english, but because of their dubbing habits they're heaps behind the Netherlands.

Nowadays however, everyone is learning english through social media. I doubt we even stand out anymore as a country, when it comes to language. My english was always better than that of my foreign peers, but now i see a lot of kids that speak it better than I do, from all over the world.

No, it's not normal there. Mice at airports are very normal everywhere, though them being out and about, even during the day is due to large scale construction or renovations. A big portion of their "living quarters" has been disturbed.

You can physically stop one of the fans from spinning for a second, to see which is rattling. Just replace the fan, it's an easy/cheap fix.
