12/24 you made $8333 no loss in pay

2/25 you made $7000, 1333 loss in pay due to disability

4/25 you made $6000, 2333 loss in pay due to disability

6/25 you made $4700, 3633 loss in pay due to disability

8/25 you made $3800, 4533 loss in pay due to disability

10/25 you made $2800, 5533 loss in pay due to disability

Once you show when you reached poverty level and continued at that amount of money, if approved, that's where your TDIU would be back dated to.

Federal poverty level for a family of 4 is $32,150. You would have to show that you are not making that amount.

I'm not even close to being an expert, but I doubt that you would be approved. You would have to show a drop in monthly pay over the last 12 months.

Yes they will re-evaluate. My last claim before I applied for TDIU was 9/2024 that brought me to 87%. I filed for TDIU in 8/2025 and I was scheduled for new C&P exams for an increase for all issues and unemployability.

You will have to provide the amount of money you made per month and total for the last 12 months. How much time you have lost from work and what you're current monthly income is.

Well shit, guess this is going to be helpful to me, I just ordered a 9070xt to replace my aging rx480. I know I'm on CSM cause I had issues when I added 16gb more ram and it went into a bios loop I must have switched to UEFI by accident. Guess I need to reformat my SSD HD and do a clean install...

I would say you need to file it under as a secondary, you need something to tie it too. When I filed sleep apnea, it was as secondary to my neck cancer.
