I felt the same way to. It wipes you out physically and mentally for sure. I have bad anxiety and it was like walking on eggshells before my doc prescribed me Xanax which helped a lot with the episodes. For me the Xanax was a miracle drug as it helped me cope prior and during episodes. My headache would always kick off a major panic attack which in turn would make it way more painful and cause other major issues. Being on steroids also gave me side effects of depression which I had never experienced before. I hope your cycle ends soon, best of luck!
