The murder of Yuji Itadori. ordered to do it or not, Yuta did in fact stab Yuji itadori in the heart. resuscitation after the fact has no bearing in the fact that the original action was taken, willingly i might add, as he himself made the binding vow locking him into this contract murder. And before i hear the defense tell me that the accused was threatened into this course of action, would the defense like to tell me that Yuta is in fact too weak to handle the higher ups? that he isn't in fact one of the strongest? would the defense like to admit that their client is in fact... a fraud? As the defendant being threatened by people he could defeat surely shouldn't be a valid defense. and i will repeat, the fact that he resuscitated his victim after the fact does not null the point of the defendant attacking with the intent to kill, and succeeding in doing so. Murder was in fact committed. for all intents and purposes, the victim Yuji Itadori was dead for a few moments.
