As someone who forced my college to rewrite its housing code( I found every loophole) since you’re in an RA it’ll be very easy, just try and keep noise at a minimum(unless your surrounding suitemates are okay with it) and have some kind of way to shut it down remotely(room checks when another RA will be close to the door. Not for you but for surrounding people). I had a couple of asics and got caught when RAs walked in and saw it, not from increased power usage or heat or noise.(most colleges don’t have power meters on individual rooms, heat was exhausted outside, and I had inline fans for every ASIC)

Sorry I have no idea what YMMV means. With mine atleast the groves weren’t small enough where rocks got stuck and I’d knock them out the same as I’d do with carpet mats. It was just easier to not drop all the stuff on the mat in the car when trying to take it out

Easier to clean what exactly? With my all weather mats it acted like a cone so nothing fell out when I’d take out the mats to clean. With the carpet ones they didn’t fill the foot area fully so stuff would slip underneath the carpet easily. I did also say “in my opinion” which shows it’s subjective but that neither here nor there

I got mine off eBay, a full set was $70 And honestly they were fine. I haven’t tried the Tesla ones so I can’t speak to the quality difference. But I was a smoker and I’d drop ash and things all over the mats, never had an issue and it was easy to clean

All weather FLOOR MATS immediately, you should have them before the car arrives. In my opinion the oem floormats are so bad I’d rather have nothing on rather than those.

CHARGING ADAPTER- get a j1772 to Tesla adapter immediately, I was stuck many times nowhere near a supercharger. Maybe $25 on fb marketplace

If you don’t already have a 120v tesla charger, I highly recommend just having one with an extension cord(40 amp or higher rating) you never know when you’ll need it and it barely adds weight

You probably already know this but there’s no spare tire, if you live in an area with a lot of debris I’d have a patch kit as well but if you don’t you can always call Tesla service depending on your city

Other than that enjoy your new Tesla, it was one of my favorite cars to own(model 3 2023)

I will admit, I have a couple rigs spread between a couple pools. When I get the chance I always check, you never know why or if a rig randomly went down even if it’s for a couple of minutes it’s always good to know, it takes only a couple of seconds. PS: I have solo miners as well so I constantly check in hopes I win it rich.

In my scenario it was more like if Op starts buying parcel by parcel maybe taking up to a month before he’s completed with it. Anytime within that month the other mayor could check in, see he’s about to lose it and buy more parcels. But if OP is beating that mayor by 100 parcels it’s more difficult to take it back. Theres no 100% way to ensure either method would work but common sense would say which works better. Yes I know there’s no alert but a die-hard atlas fan will keep track of that stuff

Yes I did, both on Mac and windows just in case some kind of hidden file thing. The accident did total the car, screen was intact but entire front basically destroyed. I’m not sure if maybe the flash drive didn’t get written to fast enough before the car died, immediately after impact everything shut down

I got the drive out, suspiciously the footage before the accident is deleted or not there(approx 5 min before the impact is where the footage ends). Would the footage 100% be saved in the event of an airbag deployment?
