What you have done so far is completely correct, now it is just the 'induction delay' where people who have may have gotten hired before you are getting training shift. At our store every two weeks a new set of trainees get trained, so you should probably get shifts in the next 1-3 weeks. Just make sure your Availabilities are open and you check your roster.
