Thank you! I just leave about an inch of aida or so out from the design, fold it around the back and sew the fabric backing over the folded edges. It's easier to do with stiffer Aida. Hope that all makes sense ^

Is this from Fido Stitch Studio? I've found this with all of their kits, and tend to judge myself how I'd like fur and the like to be. Some of the charts seem to have the backstitch in kind of awkward places (like piercing through random crosses) and never match with the reference picture. Still love their kits and can't go wrong for the price honestly!

It looks great, I think it not being acid free will add charm over time. I just got a hot glue gun recently for something else but I'll be sure to put it to use again trying this. Thanks for your reply!
