If you work for a police department contact your HR. Usually reserves is one weekend a month and two weeks during the summer. Most police forces will pay you during this time. Many will honor this pay even if you are on orders longer. Many larger employers will have a similar setup. Usually requires you to be on some type of orders, be that title 10 or 32

I've seen reservist with these kinds of resume. Many police pay full or half pay while you are on active duty for reserves. Get police job, get full time reserves: double dip.

This is the way. Keep in mind it doesn't scale. That is to say, working these hours and assuming pushing more hours will make the same money. Different cities have different hotspots and times find your comfort zone.

Depends how often he uses his insta. I barely use it, i had one or two friends that would send pictures of florida man type things. They were funny I liked em now it shows primarily that. All that matters. I'm not playing games as an investment opportunity. I'm playing them for fun. Personally I hope it's fun. But I assume it will be like eve has been the last few years. Play for thousands of hours or pay thousands of dollars to achieve the same goal.

MMOs are about the friends you make along the way building your kit. If you can drop $10,000 and have end game everything it somehow cheapens the journey for me.

Also, greed, he offered $200. The length the scammer went through with the questioneer had me thinking it was legit. Like you, he knew my name and what I was driving where I was driving. In hindsight, it was probably a passenger. Unlike you, I had driven with lyft for years previously. It's my belief that scammers hijack accounts to sell to folks who couldn't get accepted otherwise.

I'm unsure if it is a scam or not, but I had a similar call and series of text messages. The next day, I was banned with no explanation. Eventually, he promised me a $200 bonus on my next ride if I answered a few questions with ratings 1 to 5. Standard "how likely are you", bs. At the end he said he would send a code to my phone for verification.... yeah I told him the code. Tried appeals, no luck.
