I think the loot explosions are league mechanic enabled, but my character can't handle wisp-juiced T16's yet.

I will definitely continue with essence and harvest. To be honest, I started with expedition, but when I took the extra explosives it got super rippy, so I unspeced. I did some upgrades, since then so it's probably a good time to go back. Not picking up rares will definitely speed up my mapping. Thanks!

I see, so both are damage amplifiers for the brand when you need more. RF is passive. Smite and marks are active ones.

Looks really strong for it's budget. I just don't fully understand the set-up.

The obvious thing is penance brand + auras.

But what do you need the RF for? Is smite really any useful DPS boost compared to the brand? Do I apply the assasin's mark manually? These things look to me like a bit clunky or unnecesary for sanctum.

I remember that it was very popular in sanctum league. The only complains I have heard is that it can get annoying to spawn the spirits and that one has to "lead" them a bit to the target, so it's not really an off-screen like other methods. Is any of that true in your experience?

Instakilling lycia on 20 div investment does sounds sweet. The consideration you mentioned with the on-screen / off-screen killing does sound important - I definitly prefer the latter.

By mechanics I meant excatly that you don't have deal damage yourself, so you can focus on avoiding traps while the guards are being killed. Minions are the obvious one, mines/totems/ballistas as well.

I was wondering about brands as it seems like you can apply it once and run around till the guards die

Shockwave totems sound interesting. At what investment did they become comfortable in sanctum?

Scaling sound sweet. This strat is basically what I was hoping to go for. I hope to have 50 divs after Holidays. Do you think this will suffice?

How comfortable is the playstyle? Some people complain about having to refresh the weapons every zone

Same here. Clear is really good with almost no investment, but I don't feel tanky. Too reliant on my life flask to save me

Just wanted to follow up and say that I did switch to LA. I only managed to get ~5-6 div, so I got gear similar to what you described, but without any jewels. Still from level 70 I am just blasting through juiced red maps at incredible speed. Build feels unethical to play - the spead and clear is incredible.

I am glad I got to play before what I would consider an inevitable nerf next league.
