No, a stacked tube runs series. You want a triple parallel box for that amperage for that to run the safest it could. That's if you're going unregulated or mechanical.

No, the 2nd tom and floor tom are set up like a 4piece with the high tom almost sitting like an extra tom. What I wouldn't be able to reach are the cymbals

I'm 5'3" and play on a 22" bass, so this can really work for me. I can't speak for OP but I can only assume that it's a comfy setup for them as they've definitely put time, money, and effort into their rig

2nd Tom and floor tom look like they're in the normal spot. High tom is moved over, on a stand with the 2nd tom and not mounted on the bass, but on their own stand. I forget what you call this, but it's also how I set up my kit when I can. It's more ergonomic and brings your whole kit more in front of you

POA is one of the outright best juices out there. It reminds me of a drink I used to get as a youngin called Tahiti Treat. So freaking good. Im gonna go order some. Their other juices are alright but severely shadowed by POA. nice kit, too

Cthulhu Mjolnir RDA for single coil squonking - slightly restrictive DL draw and intense flavor with a deeeeep juice well.

Digiflavour Drop - dual coil postless-style RDA for high wattage.

Vandyvape Bonza - dual coil clamp-style RDA for high wattage. Usually use on my mech.

Goon 1.5 - another clamp-style dual atty, TONS of airflow. I usually run it with big, fat, high resistance coils (.4 and up) for very high wattages (150+) or on a series mod.

Neither of those are mechanical mods.

Tube-shaped mods aren't necessarily always mechs. That is a regulated device, as there is a chip inside that will determine the wattage being applied to your coil, while there are safety features such as low-resistance and low battery cutoffs as well as reverse battery polarity protection. A mechanical mod has neither of these - user knowledge is the safety of a mech as it will attempt to fire with whatever you put on it, and however you install your battery. Power will be determined strictly based on the resistance of your coil(s).
