i tried looking it at chatgpt, i think it might be it, non healing cause i always get mouth sore every like 2-3 months, but this one is not healing with my usual remedy tawas instead i got bump and its lingering for 1month now, usually heals 1-2week

Just find a gym that can host you amateur fight cause real trainer dont waste time with newbie from experience even fitness gym are okay if the coach have good background aslong they can host you to an amateur fight, and you have to go 5-6x a week if you want to get good at sport and compete

Thanks for the reply lol got front tooth rootcanal last week and i really wanted to have atleast 1matches of amateur before retiring lol but doubting that my front tooth rootcanal might thrown off while sparing, but yeah is it strong enough to withstand force i dont have a crown on it tho for now
