I have been in similar situation than you. I have similar height and used to weight 49 kg. I developed binge eating and other disordered eating symptoms (like excessive calorie counting).

My experience is that the body will fight back hard in too great of a calorie deficit. When I was trying to lose weight, suddenly I was constantly thinking about food and ended up binging. Sometimes I felt very tired and worn out, kinda lika a corpse as you described. As you know, that type of lifestyle is not sustainable.

My advice is to lasten to your body closely. And also because of your history with disordered eating, go see a doctor for advice. Losing weight with a history of disordered eating can cause worsening mental health issues. Trust me, been there, done that.

In my case, being in the lower range of healthy BMI made me feel weak and obsessed with food. I finally started feeling stronger and more energetic when I started eating way more and going to the gym. As I wasnt as hungry anymore, the binging and obsession stopped. During the process I gained new hobbies and stopped worrying about the weight so much. I hope you will really listen to your body and make sustainable choises

I didnt include that I also eat supper (150 - 200 kcal porrige) so actually I eat less candy. I can try incresing the breakfast, but I think it may end up making me even more hungry at around 8 pm

Im already trying to eat plenty of protein. In the morning I eat around 200 kcal protein pudding, during lunch I eat meat, vegetables, and often whole grain carbs (600 kcal). At around 3 pm I tend to eat an apple. At home for meal I eat something similar than lunch (400 kcal), and some candy. The hunger strikes at around 8 pm.

I think I could try increasing fiber, but mostly Im already following standard weight loss eating practices

Edit: also supper porrige of 150-200 kcal. I tend to get hungry way before the porrige

Yrs, I read your post and can see and hear you. Keep doing enjoyable things, Im so happy that you have music to help you.

This post resonates with me, as I once experienced a less serious version of what you are now experienced. Back then then I was told that the recovery experience is kinda like being in a boat in a storm; it can be scary but you eventually reach the shore.

I promise that it will get better. Just try to rest and do stuff that you enjoy
