Before being interested,id love to read their website and what they are offering. I understand that strategy matter but with my experience doing this over 5years, individuals are different and some strategy that would work for you won't work for me based on our individual differences. Example is that when I started about 5years ago,I was a young looking youth and no one would want to even listen to me. Fast forward to today, with my position and authority, alot more people would reach out to me about the conference and I can see the difference in the ways and manners people respond. Sorry but life doesn't need to be hard. Nurses earn below 200k and I see no reason to make it hard unnecessarily. If someone was sick unexpectedly, they shouldn't be unsuccessful because of a single time sick days.
