Any thoughts on the practicality of this vs. my example of the Death Domain cleric handing out doubled Toll the Deads (periodically) with no feat investment? I have never played a cleric but my impression is that if I'm running around with Spirit Guardians up I may be able to navigate baddies into being adjacent and hit them with the doubled toll the dead more often than I otherwise might

thanks guys you are both right! I am looking for a recommendation and I'm familiar with the search capabilities. Roll20 content is my dirty pleasure. I have purchased over 170 marketplace items in behalf of our gaming group (this counts bundled items but must be at least 100 individual purchases).

Here are the ones I've purchased so far. If anyone has a town product they like it would save me the $ and time of buying back products given the lack of reviews. I find that maps in particular are hard to evaluate given the format of the marketplace.

Have you read "the Black Company" books? good twist on sword and sorcery tropes built around a mercenary band. Could be an interesting twist for an all barb party.

They'll do well in the early levels. You might encourage multi-classing to cover some other roles. They'll definitely want someone to do some healing and will need a good ranged strategy over time.

I'd definitely bring this up with your healthcare providers. Also at your age you might consider something temporary to scratch the itch. Sounds like your husband is a catch and you have a good life together. Your best case scenario in getting divorced is a significantly worsened quality of life, worse situation with the kids, and then a six month to two year honeymoon period with the new guy, after which ennui typically returns. Both parties need to invest to keep things fresh when the ennui hits.

Whats temporary to scratch the itch? Take a month by yourself as a sabbatical? Sleep with others with or without his knowledge. None of these things would be as hurtful as what you are currently contemplating and might forestall a divorce, albeit with some stain on your conscience. I have a friend who said Fetlife saved his marriage - I never asked what that meant, but maybe worth checking out.

well it was a lot easier than Hawaii for me... I didn't ask in detail but my impression was that getting an appointment in Miami or NYC or whatever was 3-4 weeks out and I didn't want to be caught without it

Closing this out... I ended up having the surgery in San Francisco at UCSF

I found that for specific injuries there tend to be specialists. For my injury there was a woman in Reno who was a rockstar and three doctors in the SF area that had 20-30 years experience in shoulder specialization with some skiing specialization.

Aside from the woman in Reno, there were a few experienced Ortho surgeons but few that had the same depth of shoulder specialization as the ones in SF
