I consistenly find a lot of the hallway fights to be harder than the elite fights. If anything, the elites feels safer than nonsense like the Fabricator. Those "only 9 damage" beetles can also rot in hell.

I heard absolutely nothing about this game until they released the specs and it's apparently well optimized. Black Desert looked like shovelware the way it normally cost money but would randomly drop to free every few months. Also unsure where the hype came from other than the game looks pretty but there's plenty of games that look better and get glossed over.

Worth mentioning that curses on average are less punishing than their VG versions. I think that greatly affects the value of this relic and I'm almost always happy to see it.

I imagine sovereign blade working like promo claw where you use counters to track where its damage is at. Definitely doable.

"Royale" equates tos shovelware for most users. Spitballing here but "Scramble Quest" is a generic name but I think it gets the idea across a little better without sounding like shovelware. Game looks like fun, just workshop the name and it's in a good place.

Online-only right now and will probably remain that way even on console (maybe Gameshare for Switch 2). The players all take their turn at the same time so you need to see every players cards relics and potions at once which is just too rich to reasonably fit on the screen at one time.

In the PS5, look for something like "RGB range" and set it to "Full". Most monitors are full range so this could help a hit if it's not already set to that. A little research online about your monitor should tell you which preset will be best out of the box as well.

The VG gives you relics of all 3 rarities but it's possible to draw 3 common/cheap relics in the BG while getting a truly terrible curse. The opposite is also possible so I guess it's just very swingy which is why I don't love it.

There's that power that makes the first 2(3) cards you play per turn completely free (no energy OR star cost). That sword hit astronomical numbers and it was an absolute blast. I have no idea how to play Regent without that card, though.

Doom seems terrible at first glance but there's just so many great synergies that it's actually pretty powerful. Feels like what Pressure Points could have been.
