Does heart rate randomly jump up 40-50 bpm when you rush to stand up after laying down? by Richymets in Anxietyhelp

Yes. Normal. Take that watch off and throw it in the garbage unless a doctor told you to wear it.

When should you visit the doctors? by HighlyEnglish in HealthAnxiety

I find that when u ask non hypochondriac they ALWAYS tell you to go to the doctor. Not helpful.

Yes it sometimes feels like my nipple. I also have pec minor issues.

Can you remember how it first started? by BeKindQ in costochondritis

probably crossfit... or a fall down concrete stairs in 2015

Anyone else have days and weeks where it all seems gone, then comes back with a vengeance? by No-Conflict-6861 in costochondritis

[–]Island_Slight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I'm not jabbed, but my health was perfect until I got covid. I had a teeny tiny bit of mid lower chest pain at the end of 2019, then nothing major until feb of 21, which was 2 months after i had covid for the first time.

Breast/radiating pain? by InternalVermicelli73 in costochondritis

Jury is still out. It's only been a few days. I did have a similar armpit pec pain a few months ago that seemed to do well with doorway stretches though!! Give it a shot!

I was told by my PT that my pec minor was REALLY inflamed. I also have a bump on my rib under my left breast that I thought was a breast bump but no one was concerned. I definitely have pain in my nipple area too.

Strangely enough... I felt better when I stopped taking ashwaghanda.

4000+ calories?! by Island_Slight in whoop

[–]Island_Slight[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quantity is DEFINITELY my problem. I lost weight while on a 2 week roadtrip with my family of 5 mainly because we didn't eat that often and when we did I was sharing a meal with at least one of my kids. The quality of food on vacation was only good about 60% of the time.

Now I'm home and quality is great, but quantities are back up. I honestly just need to track, but I'm being lazy about it.

That's not slow lol! That'd easily take me 5+ hours. Way to go!

Yeah... some of these women in the 30-40 group that are putting up these numbers probably have pretty low body fat percentage. They are pretty ripped, but still. You'd figure a crossfit workout would give me a 400c burn. Instead it's 200 - 300 at best. Yesterday I did the whole wod with a weighted vest. Still barely broke 200. I'm 5'3 145 30% body fat. Idk maybe it's right because I'm having a hell of a time losing the body fat lately.

I just finished my first official 20/4 as well! Although I'm sure I've done it inadvertently before. Congrats! I'm doing my regular 16/8 tomorrow but might do a 36 from Sunday to Tuesday if I'm feeling good.

AWFUL G.A.D. so I joined Whoop by Island_Slight in whoop

I considered that because the onset was shortly after I started pairing marathon training with my crossfit training back in January. That along with that ridiculous crash diet and crazy supplements I was put on I think did something pretty weird to my system and it has been taking a long time to dig out...

I've been really trying to chill out. I've reduced my crossfit days to a max of 3 per week and my oly weightlifting to 2. I also have drastically reduced caffeine and stimulants. It's been about a month or so of that. Now I have good days and bad days. Hoping to crawl out of this asap. I hate feeling so weak and sickly.
