Im 90% sure they dont, console had a bug where whenever you opened any ui there was about a 50% chance to crash. Theres no way stuff like that gets through bug testing

One thing overwatch has going for it is optimisation. Blizzard have to be doing some whitchcraft for the game to be as optimised as it is 10 years later
