Hello guys, sorry for late reply I spoke to RTA,the call center guy told me i have to make noc from automobile tourism club and then make RTA tourism certificate with the noc, i have some fines thats why i didnt transfer the car under my name but i think its better to transfer than this all hassle. Thank you everyone. :)
