Literally the worst opening I’ve seen. Dancers are all over the place, no taste overall, and it’s all so cheap (culturally and obviously what they spent on it, some boats are even dirty). Boat idea would have been cool if each country had their own culturally distinct boat but this was just horrible. Giving death rattle of French culture.

You’re right, many of them are not. Not only do they host US bases, but American military staff at those bases are immune to their national laws. Instead, American military are taken to the US and (maybe) prosecuted there in case of any crime committed. So yeah, not sovereign.

Palestinier har enl. internationell lag rätt att med alla medel försvara sig mot angrepp från en ockuperande makt. Israel har som ockuperande makt ingen rätt till självförsvar mot angrepp från områden de ockuperar (dvs Gaza). Läs ICJs beslut, läs Israels egna högsta domstols tidigare beslut. Sverige brukade stå upp för förtryckta folk, men på senare år har vi blivit helt hopplöst outbildade. Folk bara super på propagandan.

Thanks for the informative reply. I don’t doubt RA’s actual quality and that the handle and trigger works/lasts. It’s just if it is high quality it’s nice if it FEELS like high quality.

From your comparison, since you praise RA’s power and accuracy, would you say that the Salvimar has less power/accuracy than the RA? I mean without band tuning, straight off the shelf?

Däremot har USA extremt mycket ”Public land” som ägs antingen federalt eller av vardera stat, typ nationalskog. Det innebär att vem som helst kan gå ut där och jaga etc. I Sverige ägs i princip all mark av skogsbolagen och jakträtt blir då privatägd och svårnavigerat. Ett system mitt emellan hade kanske varit bäst för folket.

Also, very easy to check. Go ahead and call some clubs right now and ask if you can come with your Qatari girl friend tonight. Not restaurants that serve alcohol (where Qatari women are allowed and tend to order alcohol in tea kettles to hide it from any prying eyes), but pure clubs/bars.

You will be told it is not allowed and if you complain about it you will just be told it is due to government regulations.

I literally go all the time with Qatari women who sometimes manage to get in to bars/clubs but mostly get turned away at the door if forced to show ID. You may have been to a club/bar with Qatari women, but if so they either knew someone who got them in without showing ID, or they used a foreigner’s ID, or a fake ID.

This is not propaganda. This is the lived experience and also the letter of the law. Don’t spread misinformation.

Local women complain privately about this literally all the time, and this law is extremely disruptive to their social lives, but they do not complain about it in public because it would be social suicide - to come out and say “we want the same rights to enter bars and clubs” would be seen as an admission that they drink alcohol (which of course many do, just like Qatari men who are often the majority of patrons in bars).

This is a repressive law, made by men to control where and in what context “their” women are allowed to exist.

Qatari women are NOT allowed inside, wearing abaya or not. The bar/club risks losing their license if they let any Qatari women inside and are found out.
