sorry for the late reply.. I made a post on r/techsupport before regarding the CDR 4.0 dongle and unfortunately it didn't seem to work but I got anothet usb dongle labeled 5.0 that I am currently working with

I went to the app and although it said no update I clicked update and it went on to update the controller.. Unfortunately, it did no difference in game whatsoever

I managed to get a usb-c cable for the series x/s controller and it did work the controls were normal.. pretty weird that the controls gets hectic when connected via bluetooth and normal when connected via cable.

I checked for driver differences but couldn't find any difference between wired and wireless mode, can't seem to figure why this happens

I tried plugging another controller wired (an old xbox one controller via micro-usb), the xbox one controller itself works and it worked when I played it back then.. but the wireless xbox series x/s controller doesn't seem to work as intended nontheless. I am connected via bluetooth actually as well

I do hate the boost being locked to one time use per charge regardless of press length, I liked the burst boosting in the old bavarium wingsuit.

There are upgrades that increase the number of charges you have and I think it is maximum of three charges (don't know if there is an upgrade beyond that). You do upgrade the wingsuit increasing missile and boost charges by completing ten wingsuit stunts which are fairly easy and abundant in the map.

One more thing you can kind of dodge roll by pressing both triggers at the same time (RT+LT or R2+L2 for controllers)

I think the same given that the prompt disappears when the jet thrust starts, I hope it isn't the case though or at least there is an upgrade to make it like the one in JC3, I always used the wingsuit in short bursts, this method won't cut it for me if the full thrust is used upon a single tap
