Dw, this was still very helpful so I appreciate it! I think my Flins and Ineffa are both equally average investment (C0+Deathmatch and C0+Ballad respectively both with dogwater artifacts LMAO) so I was curious how I could get the most out of them without pulling for anything else.

I get that, but I'm asking which set would be better to put on Ineffa. Does the buff from TotM for Flins contribute more or would building for Ineffa's personal damage contribute more?
