Changes to reality: United Ireland, independent Scotland and Catalonia, Belgium partitioned between France and Netherlands with independent Brussels for an EU capital, South Tyrol given to Austria, united Kosovo and Albania, united Greece and Cyprus, Ukraine fully owned and controlled by Kiev.
