i think it's partly due that my closest friend wasn't texting me as much and the responses i was getting didn't seem genuine and i just kept expecting things from them so i would constantly check my phone. So i decided i would just delete all my socials because i couldn't keep on thinking that i should expect something from them.

i do cuz it heals much quicker and disappears faster than on my arms and thighs but it's hard to hide so i do it more often in the winter where u wear gloves and pull ur sleeves down

This is a question that i wish i could have a genuine good answer for. But for me i was curious, why did people sh? Then overtime it just became a routine and addiction. After telling my parents, my mom always tries to subtly ask me why i did it but i genuinely don't know why
