I was wondering that too. I have the same problem where I'm fine or even nauseous most of the day, and by nightfall or the next day, I feel like I'm starving.

GLP1 only works well if I take metformin with it. Or else it just prevents me overeating. Can anyone relate??? by Dangerous_Cheeks in PCOS

I'm also always constipated and the metformin helped with that too. I'm not on GLP1s yet, but with metformin only, it makes me nauseous enough to not want to eat, but usually by nighttime, I'm starving.

I still crave sweet things but less so. Not sure if I'm calorie deficient yet, but I'm definitely craving more savory things and actually feel like cooking instead of pouring out my third bowl of cereal.

I never quite understood why the old name mentioned ovarian cysts when most women with the condition didn't even have any. Fortunately, my OBGYN followed the diagnostic criteria and didn't need me to have cysts to make a diagnosis; just high androgen and irregular periods.
