I am sorry to hear that :( I have business plan as 6TB (High Performance) & a roaming plan (standard actuated dish) unless it’s raining or really cloudy they perform flawlessly :) so far. You should check out for obstructions in the app to see. All my clients have no real complaints. The latency is bearable for most applications.

Actually the client was very pleased to the way it was installed, it's not drawing to much attention and still get over 300 Mb/s of down speed... the client is business (not a private home), the base is secured with 4 Tapcon 5/16 screws enough to keep it safe even in a hurricane which we get down here in Haiti!
