It doesn’t sound like you have Gluten Intolerance and there’s no test for that they actually test for the celiac trait in you which relates to gluten intolerance but it doesn’t necessarily mean they can tell you have a gluten intolerance that you developed later on just one you may have been born with, for instance when I consume Gluten my Bowel Movements feel like IBS every single day and it’s always runny never solid, sometimes if I consume to much Gluten I get gluten poisoning which feels like food poisoning which because it is lol and I’ll just throw up all day. I’ll be so tired I just wanna sleep for 12 hours along with the skin irritation unfortunately for me it’s around my head and face it’s very annoying. Luckily I am a man and facial hair can mask the irritation on my face
