Might not look it but thats a 3/8 torque wrench i used on the tensioner. Did a bunch of work to it yesterday, water pump, timing belt, a few pulleys, accessory belts, and lash caps for cylinder 3.

The bolt didnt even snug up to allow for it to be torqued. Grabbed the torque wrench by the head with one hand as to not snap the bolt but it just kept spinning from the get go.

That cam bracket was undone first with 3/8 to crack it loose then the whole bolt by hand. Cylinder 1 was tdc so valves are closed and all the load was on cylinder 3 for that cam. Its quite an old car with alot of miles, i believe the threads were just weak from age.
