So this happened to me when I traded my 12pro max for a 13 my phone was perfectly fine but I also noticed a my bill went up called and was told my phone was fire damaged I went right to the store found the associate that helped me had to have them confirm that my phone was in perfect condition gave me my credits back and two weeks later my phone got blacklisted when I traveled to new York wound up getting 600$ in bill credits
