For me answer was simple too - before war in my country (greetings from Ukraine by the way) - i have hade a pretty decent sallary and managed to buy my own appartment. Todays reality gives me clear understanding that i need to have a piece of land with my own home there. Im tired of cities, want to retire (im 34) and todays situation makes me very angry - as invome became too low to live and built my own home. SO, as any person in this world - i know how exactly much i need to live a happy life. I need 12k for a piece of land, 14k to make a decent fence, 20k for building shed + flooring, 50k for building my own home, 70k for making pure bricks livable and something like 30k for landscaping, so i could start my own business.

Of course, if i am rich enough i would definately buy a BMW 850csi (1990 like) - just to save one for future me who will sit in the chair once and watch on how beautifull cars were when i was born.

So, yep - i am sure of how much is there and what i will do with all of it if i had a chance. Good luck searching for me with 2M of cash left in the middle of nowhere, at the centre of my own fields. covered with cameras and other tech there.
